Friendly, attentive, helpful staff! My daughter is a bit anxious of the dentist and she commented how good the experience was! Amazing service!

It is known how difficult to rearrange a specialist ortho appointment. It happened to me. But the receptionist this morning was so friendly and easy to talk to. More importantly, she was very helpful. I rearranged my daughter's appointment at last minute no problem. Thumps up for the nice lady on the desk.

Windmill Orthodontics, in Heaton, Newcastle fitted a new permanent retainer, originally fitted by another orthodontist, when no other practice was willing to do it. The practice staff could not have been friendlier or more welcoming, from greeting at reception, the orthodontist, the treatment co-ordinator who scanned my mouth, to the orthodontic therapist who fitted the wire retainer. The whole process was very quick & professional & I’m very happy with the end result.

My daughter has been receiving orthodontic treatment at Windmill Dental, and I honestly couldn't be more pleased with the care she's had from Dr Helen and the whole team. From day one, everyone has been so kind, professional and reassuring — which, as a parent, makes all the difference. Highly recommend this practice if you're looking for top-quality orthodontic care in a friendly and supportive environment.

The receptionists at windmill Heaton are so helpful friendly and really bend over backwards to make sure everyone is getting the best care. My mistake for missing an appointment and they were so understanding thanks so much. Highly recommended 😊

The staff are all lovely, and the reception team always welcomes you with a smile. Whenever I had a problem with my braces, I was scheduled in for an emergency appointment right away. I decided to get my teeth straightened at Windmill Orthodontist after excellent recommendations from friends. My teeth had uncomfortable crowding but not sufficient to have them as a teenager so when choosing a place for treatment, comfort and good cosmetic results were important for the price.

The treatments I had were metal braces, a few aligners to adjust some tricky front teeth, a fitted retainer and removable retainers. All of these were fitted without discomfort and any questions I had between appointments were always happily answered over phone.

Each visit I was made to feel comfortable and had very little waiting time. I was always talked through what was happening at each appointment and how the straightening was progressing. Greg and his team were friendly, efficient and created the smile I wanted. Incredibly happy with my results, money well spent! I highly recommend Windmill Orthodontist.

Great service from Kat & Rosie! Kat was great at explaining everything, very chatty & my 14 year old son, said it was the best orthodontic treatment he’d had, no discomfort & no sharp wires left. Both girls are a real asset to your practice.

I love my new smile 😁 I returned to Windmill today and the staff greeted me so warmly and it was a lovely environment to be in.

Staff always friendly & experienced. Son's braces have needed adjusting a couple of time & he has been seen at short notice, which is great. All going to plan at the moment & we are all very grateful, as we did look at private treatment but its an expensive treatment over a long period of time, but fortunately his appointment came through. Thanks to all the staff :)
