It is known how difficult to rearrange a specialist ortho appointment. It happened to me. But the receptionist this morning was so friendly and easy to talk to. Windmill Orthodontics, in Heaton, Newcastle fitted a new permanent retainer, originally fitted by another orthodontist, when no other practice was willing to do it. The practice staff could not have been friendlier or more welcoming, from greeting at reception, the orthodontist, the treatment co-ordinator who scanned my mouth, to the orthodontic therapist who fitted the wire retainer. The whole process was very quick & professional & I’m very happy with the end result.
