HOW TO FIND US @ CARLISLE

Take junction 43 off the M6 and follow the A69 / Warwick Road (past Carlisle Football Club) for the centre of Carlisle for about 1 mile.  Near the town centre, Our Lady & Josephs RC Church is on the left, and Spedding Dental Clinic is situated in terrace on the right.

Follow signs for city centre on the A595 on Castle Way (past Carlisle Castle) to the Sands Leisure Centre Roundabout. Take the A7 (Georgian Way). After 200m Turn left on the Victoria Place (A96) and then right after 150m into Hartington Place, at the end of the road turn right on the Warwick Road and Spedding Dental Clinic in the terrace on the right.
